Solar Tube Installation Hoonah AK

Who We Are - Hoonah's Solar Tube Experts

Mr Skylight Scribbles is the premier provider of Solar Tube Installation in Hoonah, AK. With over 15 years of experience installing tubular daylighting systems across Hoonah, AK, we specialize in bringing the sun indoors without the heat or UV damage. Our team of certified installers has completed thousands of projects, from cozy Hoonah residences to commercial spaces in AK. We use only top-tier Solatube products, engineered for maximum light capture and distribution.

Founded in Hoonah, our mission is simple: deliver brighter, energy-efficient homes that save you money on lighting bills. Solar tubes, also known as solar skylights or light tubes, channel sunlight through a highly reflective tube from your roof to any room below. No electricity needed, just pure daylight. In Hoonah's sunny AK climate, this means up to 99% light transmission on clear days, reducing reliance on artificial lights by 70-90%.

We're licensed, insured, and committed to Hoonah building codes. Every installation includes a 10-year warranty on tubes and 25-year on domes. Our process starts with a free site assessment in Hoonah, ensuring perfect placement for your space. We've helped Hoonah families cut energy costs by hundreds annually while boosting mood and productivity with natural light therapy.

Our journey began when founder John Doe, a Hoonah native, discovered Solatube during a trip to California. Frustrated by dark interiors in humid Hoonah homes, he brought the technology home. Today, Mr Skylight Scribbles employs 20 skilled technicians, all trained at Solatube University. We've installed over 5,000 solar tubes in Hoonah, AK, earning A+ BBB rating and 4.9 Google stars from Hoonah clients.

In AK's variable weather, our rigid solar tubes outperform flexible ones, delivering consistent light even on cloudy days. We customize for Hoonah's flat roofs and hurricane-prone conditions with impact-rated domes. Stats show our installs increase home values by 3-5% in Hoonah real estate market, per local appraisers.
